Phippen offers photo workshop
Discover the art of pinhole photography at the Phippen Museum in this hands-on studio workshop for kids ages 12 to 16. Participants will design and create their own pinhole camera, learn and explore photo techniques and then take to the nearby Constellation trail to photograph their own outdoor images. This special interactive workshop is scheduled for Nov. 22, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes all class materials and a guided tour of the museum's photography exhibition, CLICK-The West through the Lens. The cost for this special presentation is $20 for members and $25 for non-members, but be sure to register by Tuesday, Nov. 18 by calling 778-1385. Participants should bring a sack lunch and water bottle and wear sturdy walking shoes.
