Donna Meyer, president of the Mountain Spinners and Weavers Guild, guild member Nancy Dunlap, and guild member Marie Keith spin for visitors to Saturday's Mountain Artists Guild's Fine Art and Wine Festival at courthouse plaza in downtown Prescott.

Keith worked on a pair of wool socks, using her Kromski Minstrel named Belle, for her son during the outdoor event. Dunlap, meanwhile, used her Sonata Kromski to work on a sweater. Meyer created an art piece during the fair.

There are currently 100 members in the Mountain Spinners group.

The Mountain Artists Guild's Fine Art and Wine Festival continues today and showcases the work of artists from throughout the west. Admission is free. For details, visit PrescottArtFestivals.com.
