Governor candidate DuVal will speak to Democratic Women

Democrat gubernatorial candidate Fred DuVal will talk about jobs, opportunity and education at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, at the monthly meeting of the Democratic Women of the Prescott area at the Stoneridge Country Club.

DuVal, who grew up in Tucson and received his bachelor of arts degree from Occidental College. He worked for Arizona Gov. Bruce Babbitt and also served as deputy director of intergovernmental affairs for President Bill Clinton.

A former vice-chairman of Prescott College, DuVal was once a member of the Arizona Board of Regents.
