PRESCOTT - An investigation involving YCSO, Homeland Security, and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has resulted in the arrest of a man on 13 counts of possession or distribution of child pornography, a YCSO spokesman said.

George F. Harb II of Prescott was arrested June 26 after investigators developed information that he was trafficking in pornographic images of very young children, Sheriff's spokesman Dwight D'Evelyn said.

Detectives served a search warrant on Harb's home on Star Rock Drive and, D'Evelyn said, "found thousands of videos and images involving the sexual exploitation of children," including some under the age of 5.

The 13 counts for which he was booked represent files the detectives were able to examine immediately, but they seized and will examine computers and hard drives, which could result in further charges.

D'Evelyn said Harb admitted to full knowledge of the pornographic images and vides, but denied ever committing molestation himself.

Harb was booked into the Camp Verde jail on a $150,000 bond.
