Heart Health Month Tip

The American Heart Association is observing Heart Health Month throughout February to alert people that heart disease is the leading cause of death in both men and women, even though this disease is controllable and preventable.

Each day of February, the Courier will offer a tip to help readers avoid the risks of heart disease.
