Billie "Bill" Dean Sink, 85, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Dec. 18, 1928, in Eakly, Okla., passed away Dec. 23, 2013.
Services will be 11 a.m. Feb. 15, 2014, at the American Legion Post 40, 650 E. Road 3 South, Chino Valley, Ariz.
