BLUE ROSE HERITAGE & CULTURAL CENTER: "Full Circle," a play by Jody Drake, explores the rise and demise of the Smoki People, an often misunderstood fictitious tribe made of up Prescottonians who presented ceremonial Native American dances each year, beginning in the 1930s. Co-founded by Sharlot Hall and Katy Cory, the group fulfilled its destiny of controversy, even while serving as a community service organization that gave a great deal to the Prescott area. Shows are Friday & Saturday & Aug. 29 at 7 p.m., Saturday & Aug. 30 at 2 p.m. and Aug. 28 at 6 p.m. Tickets: $10 at 227-2737.

ELKS THEATER: An evening of Christian Country Music with Susie McEntire and Ed Gary. The Prescott Opry presents two artists with ties to both family and gospel music. Susie McEntire, sister of Reba McEntire, is a Christian country music recording artist who appears each Sunday morning on the channel 394's Cowboy Church. Susie is nominated for a lifetime achievement award and vocal duo award for 2014 by the ICMA. 7 p.m. Tickets: $30-$40 at prescottelkstheater.com

PRESCOTT CENTER FOR THE ARTS: Pump Boys & Dinettes, play by John Foly, directed by Casey Knight, takes you to Highway 57, where the pump boys sell gas and the dinettes run the Double Cupp diner next door.
