Carolyn Fay Moore

She was the most beautiful woman in the world and she was our mother ... Carolyn Fay Moore, of Prescott, Ariz., born Nov. 2, 1936, died July 7, 2014, in the loving embrace of her three children as she took her last breath in this mortal life and slipped through the veil into Heaven.

Carolyn was a positive role model and always looked for the good in everyone. She had an infectious smile and when she laughed, everyone laughed with her.

Her husband and prince charming of 55 years, Robert M. Moore, predeceased Carolyn. She is survived by her brother, Dale Scribner; and sisters-in-law, Terry Geddes and Patricia Scott; her children, Debra (James) Kudelka-Beavers, Robert Alan Moore and Lisa (Glenn) Yates. Surviving grandchildren are Christopher Kudelka, Andrew Kudelka, Jacquelyn Beavers, Robert A. Moore, Krista Moore, Catherine Lewis, Wendy Lewis, Brian Lewis, Jennifer Lewis and

Casey Yates. She had three great grandchildren, Alexander Chalmers-Moore, and Joseph and Julian Lara.

The ashes of Carolyn and Robert Moore were blended on July 9, 2014, what would have been their 59 wedding anniversary. There will be a private graveside service later in August in Westlake Village, Calif., which was their Camelot.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and support that was shared by many in the quite passing of Mom. Solid is her faith that Christ died so that we can come to live with Him again and be reunited with our family, we say "Bye for now, mom."
