THE ANTELOPE HILLS MEN'S Club play of the day from May 1 was 2 man best ball, played on the North Course. 1st flight winners were Joe Gouveia and Bill Hargrave with a low gross 70, low net winner was Jack Carnes and his blind draw partner Gary McLargin with a 63. 2nd flight low gross went to Herb Keeling and Bill Huth's 81; low net winners were Bryan Elliot and Bill Reimers 62. In the 3rd flight we had Mark McGrath and Jim Peoples' low gross 87 and Mike Sherman playing with Norm Pierson for low net 61. Individual honors went to Bill Hargrave in the 1st flight with a low gross 74, and low net was won by Jack Carnes 68. In the 2nd flight Duke Ballald shot a low gross 84 followed by Mark McGrath's 71 low net score (hmm, and they were in the same 4-some). 3rd flight winners were Herb Keeling with a low gross of 92 followed by Norm Pierson's low net of 62.
