Hope Lutheran Church in Chino Valley will host an Easter Egg Hunt for children up through grade 5 at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Lighthouse Baptist Church, 8558 Valley Road in Prescott Valley, will celebrate its third anniversary Sunday at the 11 a.m. service. Following the service, there will be a potluck dinner and an early afternoon service. For more information, call 848-3181.

Prescott UU Fellowship welcomes interfaith minister Amari Magdalena as guest speaker at the Sunday 10 a.m. service. Her topic is "Lifting the Seven Veils of Illusion" as she explores what keeps us from discovering truth. The Fellowship is located at 945 Rancho Vista in Prescott and all are welcome.

All are welcome to participate in the annual Kosher Pesach Seder of Beit Torah Jewish Congregation on the first night of Passover, Monday, March 25, at 6 p.m. at the Stepping Stones meeting room #4, 6719 E. 2nd St., Prescott Valley. Additionally, in Chino Valley we will have morning Passover study brunches at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 26, Wednesday the 27, and Shabbat/Saturday the 30, and a Memorial service (Yiskor) and study session on April 2. A torch of human freedom that was lit more than 3,300 years ago will be rekindled Monday night, March 25, as Jews celebrate the first night of Passover. The seven-day holiday of Pesach, known as Passover, commemorates the miraculous Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt where they had been enslaved for 400 years. The Prescott Valley United Methodist Church, 8944 E. Sommer Drive in Prescott Valley, offers Lenten studies classes every Wednesday at 4 p.m. until March 27. Anyone wanting to learn more about the season or the church can call 772-6366.

Saving Grace Lutheran Church in Chino Valley will celebrate Maundy Thursday at 6:30 p.m. on March 28 and Good Friday services at 6:30 p.m. on March 29.

Maundy Thursday Communion service is at 5 p.m. March 28, at Prescott Community Church, 3151 Willow Creek Road, in the sanctuary. Experience Jesus' Last Supper with his disciples. Fully understand Easter during this time of reflection. For additional information, call 445-8008.

Holy Week services at Trinity Lutheran Church begin March 28 with Maundy Thursday. One service will be at 6 p.m. and will include foot-washing (optional). Good Friday services will be at 4:30 p.m. for Liturgical service and 6:30 p.m. for Family Praise service. Trinity's "In His Light" group will perform also. This service will conclude with everyone leaving the sanctuary in silence. Trinity is located at 3950 N. Valorie Drive in Prescott Valley.

First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 231 Smoke Tree Lane, Prescott, will have a Good Friday Tenebrae service at 6:30 p.m. on March 29. For information, call 445-2807.

The combined choirs and orchestras of FBC and Willow Hills Baptist Church present an evening of musical worship at 6:30 p.m. on Good Friday, March 29, at FBC Prescott, 148 S. Marina, in the main worship center. Communion will be celebrated following the musical portion of the service.

AWANA Clubs at First Southern Baptist Church Prescott Valley will have an Easter Egg Hunt at 6 p.m. Friday, March 29, on the church grounds, 2820 Pleasant View Drive, Prescott Valley. A short program telling of the resurrection story will be included for the children at their level of understanding.

All Saints Anglican Church, 1806 N. Savage lane in Prescott, will have a three-hour meditation service with musical interludes from noon to 3 p.m. on Good Friday, March 29. Good Friday Tenebrae service is at 6 p.m. Lighting of the Holy Fire, Renewal of Baptismal service, Holy Communion and Vigil is from 6 p.m. to midnight on Holy Saturday, March 30. Prescott Valley United Methodist Church, 8944 E. Sommer Drive, will have a 6 a.m. Easter sunrise service on March 31. Easter worship will resume at 10:30 a.m. including children's Sunday School and nursery.

On Easter Sunday, March 31, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Mountain View Baptist Church will host a gospel music concert with Sidekicks. Refreshments will follow. Admission is free but a love offering will be gratefully accepted. Mountain View Baptist Church is located at 395 Pony Place in Dewey, Ariz. Women of Wisdom, an interdenominational Christian fellowship of Bible teaching and Bible studies for women of all ages and backgrounds, is now taking registrations for the spring 2013 session. The new session begins on Wednesday, April 3, and meets for eight weeks, until May 22, Wednesday mornings from 8:15 to 11:15 a.m. at American Lutheran Church, 1085 Scott Drive, Prescott. Full and partial scholarships for class materials are available, and free childcare is always provided.
