Obituary: Marilyn Virginia Bielak

Marilyn Virginia Bielak (Letson) was born in Manistique, Mich., on July 1, 1927. She was born to eternal life on Jan. 13, 2013, in Prescott, Ariz.

Marilyn married Frank Bielak on May 12, 1984, in Mequon, Wis., and moved to Prescott Valley, Ariz., shortly thereafter. Marilyn was a member of St. Germaine Catholic Church where she was involved in numerous ministries including the St. Vincent de Paul Society and Eucharistic ministry.

Marilyn will always be remembered for her warm hospitality, good home cooking, sewing skills, love of travel and generous spirit. She will be dearly missed by her husband, family and friends.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Frank; her children, Gary Forston (Cindy) of West Bend, Wis., Mary Fischer (Tom) of Tucson, Ariz., Dennis Forston (Noreen) of Sussex, Wis.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Connie and Peter Letson; three sisters, Bernice Price, Gail McCarney, Carol Turner; sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Josephine Letson, her first husband, Harl Forston, and three brothers.

Visitation and rosary will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at the Wakelin-Bradshaw Chapel, 8480 E. Valley Road, Prescott Valley, Ariz. The funeral mass will be at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at St. Germaine Catholic Church in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Graveside service will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon, Wis. at a later date.
