Obituary: Linda Horn Abel

Linda Horn Abel of Prescott Valley, Ariz., died on Dec. 19, 2013. Linda was born on March 4, 1949, in Canton, Ohio. She was raised in Magnolia by her parents, Leland and Marie Horn.

Linda is survived by her husband of 42 years, Michael; her son Todd; daughter-in-law Betty Jo; and loving grandchildren Aspen and Mckinley.

Linda graduated from Sandy Valley High School and attended Ohio University and Stark State College of Technology. Linda, Mike and Todd enjoyed living at Lake Mohawk. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Magnolia, Ohio. Linda was dedicated to her job at Stark County Jobs and Family Services.

Linda and Mike retired to Prescott Valley, Ariz., in 2009, where they have enjoyed hiking and traveling.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013, at Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, corner of Navajo and Valley Road in Prescott Valley.
