A poppin' good fundraiser...

All quad-city area Boy Scouts of America are participating in the annual popcorn fundraiser through the end of October, with 70 percent of sales going directly to the BSA, split between local units and the council, said district "Popcorn Kernels (colonels)" - Pack 330 Scoutmasters Dennis Prevo and Erik Ponstler. The group sells several varieties, popped and unpopped, microwave and regular, from Kettle Korn to Cheese Lovers, and will take orders at sales booths for chocolate-coated popcorn specialties.

Look for them set up outside many businesses in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey-Humboldt.
