Obituary: Mary Arlene Law

Mary Arlene Law, age 75, a resident of Albuquerque, N.M., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012.

Mary is survived by her brother, Albert Paul Henzie Jr. and wife Rita; nephew, William Henzie; niece, Theresa Romero and husband, Edward; great-nieces, Melanie Garcia and Elizabeth Romero; great-nephews Daniel Romero, Michael Romero, Austin Henzie, all of Santa Fe, N.M. She is also survived by her stepdaughter, Peggy Huffman and husband, David of Genoa, Ill. and their children, Candice Shepherd and husband, Nathan and Jamison Huffman, as well as their grandchildren, Faith and Chance Shepherd. Mrs. Law was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Law; and parents, Albert Paul Henzie, Sr. and Mary Agnes Henzie.

Mary was a first grade teacher for 35 years. Mary was a faithful and active member of Berean Baptist Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Berean Baptist Church, 3800 Eubank Blvd NE, with Pastors Don Weakland and Brian Piatt officiating.
