Church to screen film about suicide prevention

Lifetree Café, located at Prescott United Methodist Church, 505 W. Gurley St., will show the film "Living After a Suicide," featuring a man's story about the loss of his son, at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23.

The program explores the difficult aftermath that friends and family experience after a suicide, and offers hope and practical help. Counselors will be on hand to speak with after the film.

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages will be available. For additional information, call Beth Cottle at 458-9473.
