Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Sept. 24 through Friday, Sept. 28:

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pork carnitas with mild green chili, pinto beans, mexicali corn, cabbage, tomatoes, flour tortilla, mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Turkey burger, baked fries, mixed veggies, tomato and lettuce, carrot raisin salad, orange.

Wednesday: Chef salad with ham and turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots, macaroni salad, wheat bread, peaches.

Thursday: Teriyaki Chicken, rice, oriental veggies, sweet and sour cabbage, pineapple, cookie.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, corn, spinach salad, roll, mixed fruit.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Turkey-meatball stroganoff with egg noodles, salad bar, mixed vegetables, warm applesauce.

Tuesday: Green chili pulled pork burros, salad bar, garden salad, refried beans, Mexican rice, ambrosia.

Wednesday: Ham-Cheese macaroni, salad bar, garden salad, green beans, fruit crisp.

Thursday: Chicken teriyaki with rice, salad bar, oriental vegetables, egg rolls, fruit, angel cake.

Friday: Pizza supreme, salad bar, garden salad, steamed vegetables, baked fruit.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Country-fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, Capri vegetables.

Tuesday: Club sandwich, turkey, ham and bacon, potato salad, carrot raisin salad, fresh oranges, sun chips.

Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, squash medley, mixed green salad, whole grain garlic bread, fruit salad.

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, peas and carrots, Brussels sprouts, wheat roll, apricots, fig bar.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, spinach salad, whole grain roll, mandarin oranges.
