Prescott Valley Police arrested three teenage boys on felony charges of burglary, trafficking in stolen property, and theft after witnesses reported seeing the teens enter a home Sunday and officers later found some stolen items at the boys' homes.
At 3:42 p.m., officers answered a call about a possible residential burglary in the 7900 block of Loos Drive. Witnesses told officers they saw three young men enter the home through a window, leave carrying a duffel bag, and then flee the area, Prescott Valley Police Sgt. Brandon Bonney said.
Officers identified the three 14-year-old Prescott Valley boys involved through multiple interviews, Bonney said.
Officers interviewed the teens at their homes, recovered items stolen from the Loos Drive home, and learned the suspects traded an iPad they stole from the residence for several paintball guns, Bonney said.
