Joseph “Joe” Eisenman

Joseph "Joe" Eisenman, born Jan. 1, 1931, in Marty, S.D., went to heaven on Nov. 4, 2012.

He is survived by his wife, Helen "Rockie" Eisenman; their four children, Theresa Ekin (Tom), Cynthia Aab (Allen), Eric Eisenman (Desta) and Elizabeth Pelletier (Andre); four grandchildren, Noah Eisenman, Sarah Smith (Tyler), Aaron Aab and Cody Aab; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Eisenman Carson. He is preceded in death by his parents Leonard J. Sr. and Josephine Eisenman, a sister, Angela, and brothers Edward and Leonard Jr. Eisenman.

Joe served in the Army, 59th Military Police Co. during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of the VFW. Joe was a very religious man, dedicated to the love of Christ. Joe was a Fourth Degree in the Knights of Columbus and a member of the BPO Elks. Joe was a sponsor for Catholic Confirmation for nephew Fr. John Sauter and two of his grandsons.

A visitation will be 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Bradshaw Chapel 8480 E. Valley Road, Prescott Valley, with a Rosary at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at St. Germaine's Catholic Church in Prescott Valley. Final Committal is at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix.
