Prescott High time capsule ceremony is Wednesday

The time capsule that Prescott Unified School District students filled with items will be buried after a brief ceremony at 4 p.m. Wednesday, rather than today, because of the snow and rain that is expected today.

Community members are invited to a brief ceremony by Prescott High School Principal Totsy McCraley and the PHS student council before the 5-foot-tall time capsule is buried at the rose circle in front of Prescott High School at 4 p.m. on Feb. 15. The time capsule will remain there until it is opened 50 years from now.
