Golf Tips With Mack: Your swing
As most golfers swing the club through the ball and toward the target they make this motion primarily with their hands and arms.
We tend to "hit" down at the ball instead of swinging "past" the ball toward the target. That's why we focus a lot on trying to get golfers to turn their body and let the arms, hands and the club follow the turning action. A good way to visualize these turning motions is to think that the body should rotate around the left leg as you swing through. (right handed golfer) The left leg becomes the pivot point in the swing as you transfer weight from your right leg to the left.
Rotate your body around your left leg and finish with balance.
