Arizona Rangers assist special needs Scouts
The Lonesome Valley Company of the Arizona Rangers presented Prescott Valley Boy Scout Troop 57 with a check for $500 on Nov. 8.
Under the leadership of Scoutmaster Felicia Robinson and Assistant Scoutmaster Brian "Brambo" Bramley, this troop is the only "special needs" troop in Northern Arizona. Every boy is encouraged to participate in the Scouting experience, but some have a difficult time due to physical, mental or emotional limitations.
The leaders of Troop 57 have the experience and the training to assist not only regular scouts but are able to provide a positive scouting experience for those who may need a bit of assistance in their efforts to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout.
The Arizona Rangers are an all-volunteer organization that assists youth groups and provides assistance to law enforcement agencies throughout the state of Arizona. The Lonesome Valley Company of the Arizona Rangers has been chartered for less than a year, yet they are making a large and positive impact on the citizens of the quad-city community.
