Local members of America's 9/11 Foundation will roll out their motorcycles for a ride to three Sept. 11, 2001, remembrances in Yavapai County today.
America's 9/11 Foundation, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to supporting active responders by donating to their departments and by giving scholarships to their children.
The ride will begin at 10:30 a.m. with registration at the Prescott Valley Civic Center then depart for Cottonwood's Fire Service Training Grounds for a memorial service at noon. The riders will return to Prescott Valley for its 9/11 memorial event from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Civic Center. The ride will end in Prescott where a Patriot Day ceremony will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. on the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza.
