Independent owners of JB's in Prescott assure patrons it's not part of chain's bankruptcy
Matt Hinshaw/The Daily Courier<br>Nancy and Don Burton have owned JB’s Restaurant on Sheldon Street since 1994. Don started working for JB’s restaurants in Utah in 1965 as a dishwasher. The Tempe-based JB’s Family Restaurants chain filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in late February. Don and Nancy are independent owners of the Prescott JB’s and are not part of the filing.
