Arizona Broadway Theatre's production of "My Way: A Musical Tribute to Frank Sinatra" will make its way to Prescott for performances at the Elks Opera House Friday and Saturday, Sept. 24-25.

The cast, musicians, technicians, sets, costumes and props will travel to town for three performances taking place one week before "My Way" opens ABT's sixth season on Oct. 1.

"The Elks Opera House just went though an extensive renovation and reopened this past summer to great accolades," commented Michael Haslanger, production coordinator for ABT. "We are honored to be able to bring our production to Prescott. They have an amazing space, and we hope to continue bringing ABT productions to Prescott," Haslanger continued.

"My Way" traces Sinatra's early beginnings in New York during the 1940's swing era to the bright lights of Vegas with the Rat Pack in the 1960s to his final performance as "Chairman of the Board." This slick revue features a world-class quartet performing 56 songs that are synonymous with Sinatra.

New York-based actors Jason Paul, Rhys Gilyeat, Amber Carson and Danielle Estes comprise the cast. Paul has previously appeared at ABT in "A Christmas Carol," "Anything Goes," "Forever Plaid," "Miss Saigon," "Cabaret" and "Brigadoon." Gilyeat last performed on the ABT stage in "A Christmas Carol." He spent most of the past year as a principal singer for Norwegian Cruise Lines. He received the ariZoni Theatre Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Tommy/Narrator in Nearly Naked Theatre's production of "The Who's Tommy." Carson is making her debut at Arizona Broadway Theatre. In Arizona, she appeared in "The Full Monty" at Phoenix Theatre and Broadway Palm. Other credits include: "Hello, Dolly!" "The Full Monty," and NYC readings of "Joshua" and "Liberty-The Musical." Estes, originally from Wichita, Kan., most recently performed aboard P&O Cruises' ship, The Ventura, giving her the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and the Caribbean Islands. Some of her favorite roles include Meg in "Little Women," Pam in "Urban Cowboy: The Musical," Monica in "The Medium," and Sally Slaton in "Parade."

Tickets are $33 for the evening performances at 7 p.m. and $30 for the Saturday matinee at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at the opera house website www.elksoperahouse.com or by calling 777-1359.
