Characters kick off MAC-Ro Math program at MVES

Binky, mascot of Mountain View Elementary School, ponders how “Mr. Fredrickson” (played by HUSD Supt. Paul Stanton and inspired by the movie “Up”) can collect more balloons so Binky can get back to the North Pole.
