Senior Menus for the week of Monday through Friday, Feb. 1-5:Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.Monday: Shepherd's pie, mixed vegetables, roll, mandarin oranges, cherry crisp.Tuesday: Chicken and noodles, garden salad with tomatoes, green beans, pineapple.Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots, roll, apples.Thursday: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, wheat bread, peaches, cobbler.Friday: Beef chili, cornbread, garden salad, mixed vegetables, cantaloupe.Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-8404. Menus subject to change.Monday: Broiled ham and cheese on whole wheat bread, creamy potato and broccoli soup, self serve salad bar, warm peach ecstasy.Tuesday: Baked catfish, broccoli and rice au gratin, steamed carrot coins, fancy three bean salad, savory chef's stew, self serve salad bar, mandarin oranges, pistachio pudding.Wednesday: Oriental chicken on ramen noodles, stir-fry vegetables, romaine and tomato salad, self serve salad bar, cinnamon crisp pineapple.Thursday: Roast beef medallions with gravy, mashed potatoes with skins, carrots and onions, savory chef stew, self serve salad bar, dinner roll, nutty apple delight.Friday: Homemade chunky beef chili, fiesta cornbread, garden salad, self serve salad bar, melon medley, oatmeal raisin cookie.Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change. Chino Valley Foundation provides lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday for $4; reservations required.Monday: Barbecue chicken, sweet potatoes, carrots, whole wheat roll, apple pie.Tuesday: Cabbage rolls, mixed vegetables, red potatoes.Wednesday: Meatloaf, winter squash, mashed potatoes with gravy, rice pudding.Thursday: Nachos with beef and cheese and all the fixings, refried beans, mandarin oranges, grape salad.Friday: Not available.
