Menus subject to change.Monday: Beef stew, black-eyed peas, salad, roll, peaches.Tuesday: Cheese enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, salad with tomatoes, pineapple, pudding.Wednesday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, salad with tomatoes, California blend vegetables, apricots.Thursday: Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, green beans, mixed fruit.Friday: Beef ravioli, carrots, spinach salad, garlic bread, cinnamon apples, cookie.Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E.
