Menus subject to change.Monday: Beef stew, black-bean salad, beets, cornbread, mixed fruit.Tuesday: Cheese enchiladas with mild sauce, refried beans, salad with tomatoes, Spanish rice, pineapple, cobbler.Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, herb-roasted tomatoes, California-blend vegetables, apricots.Thursday: Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, stuffing, mixed fruit.Friday: Swedish meatballs, noodles, carrots, spinach salad, wheat bread, applesauce, pudding.Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-8404.
