Quailwood residents want responsible parties to clean up empty lots

Les Stukenberg/The Daily Courier<p> Linda and Brad Jacobson use the empty streets in the Quailwood subdivision as a place to take their morning walks. The lots have been overrun with weeds and the asphalt streets have started to crack in the absence of homebuyers that the community once anticipated.
