Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary holds breakfast, moonlight, camp events

Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary is offering breakfast with its lemurs, YoYo, Bungee, Kinsa, Crash and Fio, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 9. The event is open to children up to 12 years old. Zoo by Moonlight at Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary is from 8 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, May 9. Bring a flashlight or buy one there. See the nocturnal residents out and about. Special admission prices are $3 for members, $5 for non-members and free for children under 3.

Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary is offering six different Summer Zoo Camp sessions: June 8-12, June 15-19, June 22-26, July 6-10, July 13-17 and July 20-24. Camp will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Age groups are 6-8 years old and 9-12 years old. Children will get hands-on experience with the animals, participate in games and explore wildlife and nature by conducting investigations and creating crafts. Pre-registration is required.
