Senior Menus for the week of Monday, July 27 through Friday, July 31:Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.Monday: Taco salad, romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, tortilla chips, wheat bread, applesauce.Tuesday: Roast beef, boiled potatoes with gravy, peas and carrots, roll, cherry crisp.Wednesday: Swiss steak, three-bean salad, spinach salad rice, wheat bread, fruit salad.Thursday: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, brussels sprouts, wheat bread, fruit cocktail.Friday: Vegetable lasagna, black bean salad, carrots, garlic bread, oranges, pudding.Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E.
