How many employees do you have? Jason: "We have 10 employees."

What service do you provide in the community? Jason: "We provide heating, cooling, refrigeration, indoor cleaning and duct cleaning and free consultations on replacing existing heating and cooling systems for homes and commercial businesses."

How did you get into this business? Christine: "Jason and I have both been in HVAC industry for more than 25 years.

"After working for others, it was a dream of our to own our own company. We did our homework and we bought the assets of Indian Air in July 2008."

What is your key to business success? Christine: "I think hard work and dedication. I feel we have a great staff and we're on the same team."

Jason: "We provide the best equipment available and highest quality service."

What is your biggest business challenge? Christine: "Getting out that we're new owners and we've moved here because it better suits our needs."

How is the economy affecting business? Jason: "We've noticed that the trend is to repair rather than replace."

Christine: "We're doing a lot of advertising. We take it day by day and the customer comes first."
