After running Master's Touch Christian Charter Services and Tours from their home in Prescott Valley for nine years, Warren and Debby Micale relocated to a large, airy office on Second Street. With 12 full-time employees, the business definitely needed the space.

"We're the only locally owned and operated full-service charter and tour company in northern Arizona," Warren said.

Master's Touch offers both day trips, multi-day trips and extended tours, to destinations near and far in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Day tours include such as weekly jaunts to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, as well as trips to Flagstaff, Phoenix and Colorado River cities.

Multi-day tours may go to Tucson, or as far as Michigan or Branson, Missouri. Two to three times annually, Master's Touch schedules cruises to locales such as the Mexican Riviera, Alaska, Hawaii or the western Caribbean.

"For example, a ground and cruise combination tour is where we drive the bus to Seattle and cruise from there," Warren said.

This summer, they plan a tour of the Canadian Rockies.

The Micales employ four Vanhool coaches built in Belgium - two in 2007 and two in 2009 - and a smaller ABC mini-coach which seats 25 for day trips.

All coaches feature reclining seats, footrests, large windows, audio/video systems, magazine nets, tray tables, cup holders, and restrooms. The company supplies bottled water. Every tour includes a hostess, usually the wife of a driver.

In the more than million miles traveled, the company's drivers have a perfect safety record, with no accidents or traffic violations.

"We really enjoy doing this," said Warren Micale. "I've always enjoyed working with people."

He served as a pastor in the Phoenix area for 18 years before moving to Prescott Valley in 2000.

The couple has two married children and five grandchildren.

The couple invites local groups to charter its buses for such as band, choir, booster or athletic team outings, staff trips - whatever the need.

"We would love to have only northern Arizona business and never have to go to Phoenix again for charter business," Warren said with a smile. "That would eliminate a lot of 'dead' drive time."

Master's Touch is at 6550 E. 2nd St., Suite A, Prescott Valley. Phone is 928-759-0206, or visit www.masterstouchtours.com.
