Ann M. Martin, 56, of Prescott, Ariz., born July 23, 1953 in Burlington, N.C., passed away Dec. 28, 2009 at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center, Hospice Unit in Prescott.
A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley with a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to Unity Church of Prescott, Ann Martin Cancer Fund, 145 S. Arizona Ave., Prescott, AZ 86303.
Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
