We prefer to receive PDF fi les with all fonts embedded and color in CMYK mode.
As a paginated newspaper, we accept your advertisements on a CD ROM or emailed to email@example.com or sent via AdSEND.
If you currently send PMTs, velox, slicks or negs, we will scan your advertisement into our computer, which may affect
the quality. We work with Macintosh computers. Prescott Newspapers prefers you send PDFs.
If you are going to place your ad in our email -firstname.lastname@example.org - please use the subject line to identify your ad (i.e. J.Smith). Ads sent email must be smaller than 2 megabytes.

Local rates will apply for any manufacturers or distributors
utilizing accrued Co-Op dealer funds in the form of multi-logo advertisements, examples Arizona manufacturers,
Arizona industrial fabricators, Arizona food processors and dealer tie-in (except for network franchise programs).
The Daily Courier, The Prescott Valley Tribune, Chino Valley
Review or Big Bug News will provide Co-Op advertisers utilizing Co-Op funds with tearsheets attached to an itemized
invoice. This is for the sole purpose of enabling advertisers to prove that they are responsible for the total amount of advertising run, shown on the regular monthly The Daily Courier,
The Prescott Valley Tribune, Chino Valley Review or Big Bug News billing statement.
A. Reservation and printing material for color ads and double trucks - noon, three working days prior to publication.
B. Cancellation of advertising requires notice two days prior to publication. Advertiser agrees to pay for such space after cancellation deadline whether the ad is ever used or not.
C. Prescott Newspapers reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withhold publication of any advertisement that does not
conform to the policies or is not in the best interest of the newspaper. All advertising must be in good taste to form,
subject matter, wording and illustration. Advertising that is patently offensive, misleading or detrimental to the community
is subject to rejection, cancellation or revision. We reserve the right to edit and properly classify all advertising.
D. The word "Advertisement", and a one point black border, will be placed on all display advertising that attempts to simulate editorial copy.
E. Brokered advertising is not acceptable except in joint promotions in which the newspaper is a participant. Broker
fees and cash discounts are not available.
F. Advertiser is subject to a satisfactory credit check or prepayment will be required. Credit approved contract and non-contract billed advertising is net 10 days.
G. Proofs will be provided for any display advertising in retail or classified display measure. The newspaper will make every effort to follow up with corrections, however it is the
responsibility of the advertiser to submit corrections/revisions by fax or phone within the allowable time. Advertising Services 928-445-3333; FAX 928-445-4756. Prescott Newspapers
