A 29-year-old Chino Valley man is facing multiple felony charges after a Chino Valley woman told police he broke into her home and tried to assault her sexually.
Jason Fuller is facing two counts of attempt-ed sexual assault, three counts of kidnapping and one count each of armed burglary, burglary and possession of a burglary tool.
Authorities are detaining him under $100,000 bond.
Just after midnight this past Tuesday, the woman called police to report an attempted sexual assault in the 1500 block of Del Rio Drive in Chino Valley.
The victim told officers she was asleep when a man broke into her home, restrained her and tried to force her to have sex. She broke free and fled the home.
She identified Fuller as a former acquaintance.
Officers then found and arrested Fuller, who admitted to using a knife to pry open the victim's locked bedroom door. He told investigators he wanted only to talk to the victim. They booked Fuller into the Yavapai County Jail in Camp Verde.
