Senior Menus for the week of Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8:Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.Monday: Oven fried chicken, salad with tomatoes, mixed vegetables, roll, pears, pudding.Tuesday: Roast beef, California-blend vegetables, mashed potatoes with gravy, wheat brad, peaches.Wednesday: Ham and bean soup, carrot and raisin salad, tomato slices, cornbread, crackers, apricots.Thursday: Beef stroganoff, beets, peas, roll, orange, cookie.Friday: Chicken enchiladas, salad with tomatoes, pinto beans, Spanish rice, mixed fruit.Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E.
