Senior Menus for the week of Monday through Friday, April 27-May 1:Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.Monday: Baked ham, white bean salad, green beans, macaroni and cheese, wheat bread, pears.Tuesday: Chicken salad, ham salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, roll, tropical fruit.Wednesday: Stuffed green peppers, mixed vegetables, rice, roll, banana, rice pudding. Thursday: Barbecue chicken, spinach salad, sweet potatoes, roll, fruit cocktail.Friday: Oven baked fish, carrots, peas, oven baked fries, ambrosia salad.Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E.
