Homecoming activities at Bradshaw Mountain High School are fewer this year.

With the former location of the annual bonfire now in use as a parking lot, the school district has cancelled the conflagration, and there's no car bash.

The school discontinued its Homecoming parade a while back.

Junior and senior girls still will square off in the Powder Puff Game. It's at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bob Pavlich Field.

A tailgate party might take place in the parking lot before the game, but doesn't appear likely.

To get students pumped up for Friday's football game against the Payson Longhorns, each day they get to use their imaginations and dress up.

On "Millionaire Monday," bling and nicest clothes are in order.

Tuesday is for Super Heroes and Wednesday for cowpokes with Western wear (lasso the Longhorns?).

Patriots show their colors - red, white & blue - on Thursday.

Friday is Spirit Day, for wearing red, white and black, the Bears' colors.

In a return to tradition, both the Homecoming King and Queen will receive their crowns amid their courts during halftime of Friday's game, and will regin over the dance on Saturday night.
