CV P&Z to discuss UDO revisions
CHINO VALLEY - The Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission this week will continue to discuss proposed revisions to the town's Unified Development Ordinance.
Thursday at 6 p.m. inside the Chino Valley Senior Center, 1021 W. Butterfield Road, the commission will talk about:
Landscape requirements under Section 4.26 of the ordinance;
Parking lot landscaping; and
Whether to require a conditional use permit for a commercial greenhouse in the AR-36 and AR-5 zoning districts.
IN OTHER BUSINESS:
The commission was supposed to conduct public hearings on whether to recommend zoning changes on several parcels along the town's northern limits in the vicinity of North Highway 89 and Rolling Hills Road.
However, the applicants have requested a continuance to the commission's Nov. 20 meeting to formulate site plans for their properties, which would switch from Single-Family Residential 2-acre Minimum zoning to Commercial Light zoning.
