Tickets to Toolbelts and Tuxedos, Prescott Area Habitat for Humanity's annual fund-raising gala on Saturday, Nov. 1, go on sale Thursday.
The gala will take place from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Prescott Resort. Tickets, $75 per person and $650 for a table of 10, are available at the PAHH office, 1230 Willow Creek Road in Prescott. The goal of this year's Toolbelts and Tuxedos is to raise money to build PAHH's 55th house.
The evening's festivities will feature live jazz, dining, live and silent auctions, and a drawing for winning tickets in the annual Toolbelts and Tuxedos raffle. Raffle prizes include a "create your own Paradise" vacation package, valued at $3,000, or the winner may take the cash, instead; a Dell laptop; a 42-inch HDTV; $500 in cash; an auto GPS; and an iPod Touch. Winners need not be present to win.
Raffle tickets are available in Prescott at Bill's Pizza, Genovese's Italian Ristorante, the Habitat ReStore, Scout's Gourmet Grub and the Prescott Area Habitat for Humanity office; in Chino Valley at Bonn-Fire Chillin' and Grillin; and in Prescott Valley at Sally B's Café.
Anyone interested in becoming a sponsor for Toolbelts and Tuxedos or attending the fund-raiser may call Christine Wallace at the PAHH office, 445-8003, ext. 15. Many benefit packages are available for event sponsors.
