Prescott Valley Police arrested a Texas man on three felony charges after he fired multiple gunshots from a home in the 7300 block of Brilliant Sky Way in the Pronghorn Ranch area Sunday.
Officers arrested James Doucette, 25, on charges of disorderly conduct involving weapons, endangerment and prohibited possessor of a firearm.
The Prescott Valley Police Special Response Team was investigating a report of bullets flying around homes on Brilliant Sky Way when they saw Doucette on the roof of the house. They were able to get him to come down without incident.
Officers saw four people inside the house. The Special Response Team requested that they come out of the house and one woman complied. For three hours, officers tried to get the other people out, but no one responded. The team was concerned that more guns could be in the house.
After officers sprayed a non-lethal gas into the house, three men came out and police located the weapons.
Prescott Valley Police are continuing its investigation of the four people who were in the house. Additional charges are pending.
