Local lawyer spotlighted in magazine
Chester B. McLaughlin, sole practitioner of the Law Offices of Chester B. McLaughlin, P.C., was selected for inclusion in Southwest Super Lawyers magazine, 2008 edition. McLaughlin is in the top five percent of attorneys in Arizona and is the only Yavapai County attorney to be recognized in the category of Elder Law.
McLaughlin has practiced law in Arizona since 1983. He has extensive experience in long term care planning, Medicaid/ALTCS planning, special needs trusts and planning, guardianship, conservatorship, probate and estate planning. He is active in national and statewide elder law organizations such as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Probate and Elder Law Section of the Arizona State Bar.
