Obituary: Julia R. (Hornyak) Rust-Bonser
Julia R. (Hornyak) Rust-Bonser, age 88, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., formerly of Monroe, N.C., Stroudsburg, Pa., and Trenton, N.J., died on June 12, 2008, at Prescott Valley Samaritan Center.
Julia is survived by sons and daughters-in-law John George and Elizabeth (Betty) Rust of Prescott Valley, Ariz., and Richard A. and Georgia Rust of Monroe, N.C.; grandchildren and spouses Deborah and Henry Morris, Richard M. and Alice Rust of North Carolina, and John J. Rust of Prescott, Ariz.; and four great-grandchildren, Kelly and Matthew Morris and Richard and Anne Marie Rust. Also surviving are a sister, Ann Slack, and a sister-in-law, Olga Hornyak of Hamilton, N.J.
Julia was the daughter of Joseph and Anna Hornyak and was preceded in death by husbands John M. Rust of Trenton, N.J., and Ora F. Bonser of Stroudsburg, Pa., and Monroe, N.C. She was also preceded in death by sisters Mary A. Novekmeta and Helen Hornyak Murtagh, and brothers Joseph A. and John Hornyak.
Commemoration services in honor of Julia will be 3 p.m. Monday June 16, 2008, at Sunrise Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Inurnment will take place at Heritage Memorial Park, Dewey, Ariz.
