This past week I returned to the Prescott VA Hospice for a Memorial Service honoring the veterans who had died there this past year, including my husband.
It was a pleasure to meet with the dedicated personnel who are always devoted to their patients. John, my husbands' best friend, traveled to Prescott to say "goodbye" and close the military life they started so many years ago in Chicago.
The real purpose of this note is to remind the Prescott community that this wonderful center continues and it would be difficult to find a more thoughtful and caring group to help you during this most trying time.
My family and I will always remember them for the professional, excellent care my husband received, as well as the personal attention we as a family received. Many thanks.
