What are your hours?

"(From) 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays. I usually close at 4 p.m. in the winter time."

When did you open the store?

"It will be four years ago this spring."

What service do you provide the community?

"I sell and consign ladies quality current style, brand-name clothing. I'm a consignment store. I have trendy, girly-girl to classic and conservative styles for women. I'm very picky of what comes in the store and I have competitive prices."

How did you get into this business?

"I applied for a retail position and I was told I didn't have enough retail experience. I turned around and told myself that I do have enough retail experience.

"I was inspired to be a business owner. I also saw a need in the community for more clothing store choices on this side of town."

What are shoppers looking for?

"Expensive clothes at a fair price. Not just clothing, but accessories like jewelry, handbags and shoes."

How do you select your merchandise?

"I know what the customers will buy is what I keep in mind. Part of the success of the store is that I've got great consigners that buy high quality clothing.

"A lot of times people think this is a brand new clothing store but it's not, it's all used."

What is your key to your business success?

"It's my consigners. I have a large consigner base as well as a large customer base."

What is your biggest business challenge?

"Finding time for myself. I work hard here. Being the best kept secret in the back corner of the parking lot."

Do you work with any local charities?

"I do donate unwanted clothing. I have several groups picking up donations throughout the month."
