The Prescott Chamber of Commerce says, "Thank you and a very Merry Christmas," to the local veterans who participated as the Grand Marshals of this year's Christmas Parade, titled "Home for Christmas."

Pictured, from left, are Craig Campbell, Navy; Harley DeGray, Navy; Roni Moore, Air Force; Brad Eadelman, Army; Michael Cook, Marine Corps; David Klatt, Army; and Frank Scaletti, Navy. Carrying the banner for the veterans were local middle school students Morgan Hayter and Kate Reynolds.

A few days after the parade DeGray visited the chamber to express the gratitude of the participants for the uplifting reception they received from spectators all along the parade route.

"It was such a great experience for all of us," he said, "people stood and cheered and waved as we walked by. It was a wonderful feeling and we'd like to thank everyone for that."
