Prescott Valley police officers arrested Jennifer Herbert, 27, and Douglas Coplen, 34, on charges of three counts of endangerment, two counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm, three counts of child abuse and three counts of disorderly conduct with a dangerous weapon. Child Protective Services took custody of three children, ages from three to nine years old.

Prescott Police are looking for Kenny Eugene Gipson, 58, in connection with two violent assaults against two Prescott women between Sept. 4 and 6, 2007. Gipson is a black man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Police consider him dangerous.
