Local woman receives daughter's kidney

White had a kidney transplant which brought together three generations of family and the community, as well. Weiger helped to arrange for her stay at the Arizona Transplant Home, her mother, Cross, acted as her caretaker before and after the operation, and Megargee, her daughter, donated the kidney that White received.
