Obituary: Timothy Marshall Morgan
Timothy Marshall Morgan, 72, passed away Sept. 13, 2007, in Prescott, Ariz.
He grew up in Pacific Beach, Calif., graduated from La Jolla High School and attended San Diego Junior College.
Tim retired from Pacific Telephone with 35 years service in 1990 and contracted back to work for them off and on until Aug. 30, 1998, when he retired for good.
He married his high school sweetheart, Eva Glaze on Jan. 28, 1956. They moved to Escondido, Calif., to live and raise their sons. In April of 2005, they moved to Chino Valley, Ariz.
Tim was a long time member of NRA, belonged to the Escondido Fish and game and SASS (Single Action Shooting Society). He enjoyed trout fishing in the Sierras, traveling in the motor home, all things "rusty" and always had a story to tell.
He is survived by his wife, Eva L. Morgan; sons, Timothy E. Morgan of Mesa, Ariz., James M. Morgan of San Marcos, Calif., and David C. Morgan of Murrieta, Calif.; grandchildren, Jesse M. Morgan, serving with the Army in Iraq, Kaylynn R. Morgan, of Valley Center, Calif., and Samantha N. Morgan of Mesa, Ariz.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007 at 2 p.m., Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz.
Memorial services will be Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel Faith Community Church, 639 E. Felicita Ave., Escondido, Calif.
